Domains: Air, Water Tennin was a typical, if poor, boy. Raised in the small seafaring community of Portsmouth, he found that he had become increasingly interested in the darker aspects of Obad-Hai's personality, and drawn to the church rather than his father's work, scrimshaw. Although the god was Portsmouth's patron, they worshiped the peaceful parts of his domains, worshiping for a bountiful crop, or fishing. Tennin was more interested in the destructive nature of storms. He studied under the local clergy, but often would search for texts of the destructive nature of nature, namely, storms. He was eventually found out, and kicked out of the church (informally). His parents wanted nothing to do with him. Looking out on the sea, he saw a storm rolling in, along with a lone ship. He went to the docks with his belongings, and joined as a deckhand. The crew happily took on a cleric, being able to heal the injured, and able to perform menial tasks as a sailor. Through chance encounter, the boat was raided by pirates, and he was given a choice: die, or work for them. He chose the latter, and has endured some combat since then. He has since endured some harrowing encounters, but has adapted to the "moral flexibility" that pirates enjoy: after all, even sharks are one of Obad-Hai's creatures; they need to eat too. Tennin has salt and pepper hair, brown eyes, and a weather-worn face. He is generally kind, but isn't a pushover. When casting spells, he always speaks in either Aquan or Aerian, depending on the spell.
