Once Attuned to the wearer (24 hours) the wearer can equip or un-equip the handwraps as a full round action (the wearer holds out his hands and the Handwraps whip around in a complex pattern). An attuned wearer with IUS who casts a sonic based spell may choose to have the handwraps Equip or unequip themselves as a free action as part of the casting of the spell. An attuned wearer with IUS and Clap of thunder reserve feat cannot be forced to remove the handwraps The Flurry of Storms deals 1d6 sonic damage which stacks with that dealt by Clap of thunder, grants the benefits of the sonic shield spell to the weilder for one round if he has made a successful clap of thunder attack. The Wearer may choose to sacrifice spellpoints to add clap of thunder damage to every attack of a Flurry, doing so costs equivelant points to casting a spell of the appropriate level. when using these Handwraps to make melee attacks the Damage reduction of any opponent is halved regardless of type. When using the Clap of Thunder reserve feat the wearer of these Handwraps counts as having the Crushing Strike feat (PHBII Pg78).
